Vicki Smith is a licensed Real Estate Broker with a stellar reputation spanning over two decades as a Realtor in Southern California. Vicki's high level of professionalism and dynamic personality, combined with her large client base have contributed to the fact that 95% of her real estate business comes from repeat clients and referrals. Vicki's solid business ethic and strong connections with the brokerage communities in Los Angeles, Lake Arrowhead, and the Palm Desert area allow her to implement a Comprehensive Marketing Approach benefiting her clients and their properties through maximum exposure in a variety of markets.
Vicki was born in Cleveland, Ohio and learned the restaurant business at a young age from her father who owned a number of local eateries. Most of her school years were spent in Hollywood, Florida. After graduating from high school, Vicki moved to Los Angeles and received her BA at the University of California (UCLA) and then her MFA at Claremont Graduate University.
Vicki began her real estate career in Los Angeles where she earned a reputation as an expert in marketing luxury high rise condominiums on the famed Wilshire Corridor, as well as high-end homes in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Brentwood. During her tenure with Prudential/John Aaroe & Associates she remained a Top Producer and a member of the Chairman's Circle, maintaining her position in the top 3% o all Sales Associates in the Prudential Network. In 2002 Vicki relocated to the beautiful Lake Arrowhead mountain community, where she added high-end resort homes and Lakefront properties to her areas of professional expertise, and also quickly achieved Top Producer status in the Lake Arrowhead area. Although she calls Lake Arrowhead home, Vicki began spending some of the winter months in the Palm Desert area and became an expert in the desert communities & developments in order to best serve her many Lake Arrowhead clients with winter homes there.
Vicki believes in giving back to the communities she calls home and enjoys being involved with charitable and fund-raising events and organizations. She was on the Board of the Arrowhead Arts Association for many years and is still a member of its Auxiliary. She also served on the UCLA Mountain Bruins Board fund-raising for money for scholarships for mountain area students to attend UCLA. In the desert, Vicki was involved with The Living Desert, where she enjoyed being on the gala committee for 3 years, and was also a member of the McCallum Theater Muses.
