In 1987, Bob Carroll obtained his California Real Estate Brokers License. He and his family moved to Lake Arrowhead in 1997 after traveling the United States for a year in their motor home. After working with two other firms in Lake Arrowhead Bob joined Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty to broaden his experience and provide his clients with the best possible representation. Bob has been recognized by Coldwell Banker as A Multi Million-Dollar Producer and in 2005 was inducted into the Coldwell Banker 2005 International Diamond Society.
Since commencing real estate activities in the area Bob has represented over 300 clients in Lake Arrowhead area real estate transactions. Interfacing with this number of clients has given Bob tremendous knowledge in the Lake Arrowhead Real Estate market. With his background in this market, it makes working with Bob an extremely satisfying experience.
Bob is a member of the UCLA Mountain Bruins and the Lake Arrowhead Rotary Club.
